The business continues to see growth and opportunities and has recently promoted an internal staff member to a management position, allowing this opportunity to arise. The Role The role of Accounts Receivable / Credit control will report directly to the Accounts Manager and will be an integral member of a strong accounts team.

You will have responsibility for: Daily bank transaction processing, ensuring allocations for debtors are made Process any credits and resolve any queries as required Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts Partner with customers to resolve queries and escalate any more difficult collection queries. Assist with credit management Create and close customer accounts as required Perform monthly bank reconciliations Ensure refund requests are processed Other ad hoc duties are required. Your profile: To be considered for this role we are looking for an Accounts receivable/credit controller who is great at building relationships with both customers and internal sales staff as well as having the following attributes: Experience in a high volume accounts environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proven reconciliation skills and problem solving skills Ability to take ownership whilst working in a team A continuous improvement mindset Strong excel skills including experience with vlookups and pivot tables Systems savvy - there is some systems integrations ahead so exposure to systems changes would be a distinct advantage.
