Te whiwhinga mahi: The opportunity: We are looking for an Administration Superstar to be the first point of contact and manage the day to day running of our Tairawhiti Regional Office. To say this is a varied role is a bit of an understatement you will need to be a jack of all trades providing high quality administrative support to our team (comprising of dietitians, social workers, specialist nurses, exercise consultant, pharmacists and primary mental health clinicians). Your responsibilities will include administration, customer service and reception services, managing our vehicle fleet, building maintenance, coordinating events/meetings, health and safety and much more.
You'll need to be a team player with a positive attitude and great people skills, who is willing to do everything to ensure the smooth operation of our office and facilities; from doing the dishes to onboarding new team members! He krero mu: About you IT Savvy, familiar with the Microsoft Office suit and confident picking up new systems. Previous administrative and/or customer service experience beneficial. Broad administrative knowledge and skills.
Proven ability to use initiative and manage own workload. Strong communication and written skills. Highly organised with ability to multi-task.
Proactive in looking for ways to improve systems/processes. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and manage sensitive information. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
