We're looking for a reliable Administrator to support a busy client services and clinical team on a short-term & part-time basis. If you're calm under pressure, a natural communicator, and enjoy creating order from chaos, we'd love to hear from you! What you'll be doing: Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties in a warm, professional manner Supporting clients with bookings, transport, and general enquiries Providing administration support to clinical and client services teams Coordinating mail, stationery, uniforms, and meeting preparation Managing databases, filing systems, data entry, and internal records Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed and incidents reported Helping maintain a safe and respectful environment for staff, clients, and visitors Requirement: Previous experience in a similar administrative or front-of-house role Excellent computer skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite Professional, empathetic communication style A team player who's also confident working independently Able to pass a NZ Police vetting check Valid work visa required Desirable: Understanding of Te Reo Mori and tikanga Mori Full clean NZ driver's licence Why apply?
