The role/Te mahi We are seeking two proactive, organised, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Administrators in the School of Biomedical Sciences.

These roles are essential in delivering high-quality operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department. Key responsibilities include providing general administrative and operational assistance, managing diaries and emails, supporting undergraduate and postgraduate teaching activities, managing transactional finance tasks, and assisting with Human Resources processes. The Administrator function includes Kaiwhakahaere Tari roles, which play a key part in supporting the implementation of our Mori Strategic Framework and advancing the Universitys commitment to the success of Mori students and staff.
