Our Christchurch based client is seeking a highly motivated Advisor Training Lead to join their team and play a key role in developing Advisers at all levels, from new recruits to experienced professionals. If you have a background in banking or insurance, a solid understanding of the market and trends, and a passion for learning and development, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to Advisers of varying experience levels, ensuring high standards and alignment with company objectives.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are impactful and meet business needs. Utilise data-driven decision-making to assess training effectiveness and improve broker competencies. Adapt training programs based on market trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring they are always relevant and up-to-date.

Coach and facilitate training sessions, empowering Advisers to develop their skills and meet compliance requirements. What Were Looking For: A background in banking or insurance with a strong understanding of the financial services industry. Previous experience as a financial adviser with a focus on risk insurance is preferred, though not essential.

Proven training and development experience, with the ability to create and deliver impactful training programmes. Knowledge of adviser training requirements, administrative processes, and compliance regulations. Familiarity with learning management systems and online training platforms.

High-level stakeholder management experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training that engages and informs. Why Join Our Client?
