About the Role Based at our Auckland site, this is a pivotal leadership position overseeing Vulcans Aluminium division. You will drive strategic sales, lead nationwide operations, and champion high-performing teams to deliver continued growth and excellence.

Some key responsibilities will include: Lead and coordinate B2B sales and distribution operations across 16 branches nationwide Manage full profit and loss (P&L) and balance sheet responsibility for the Aluminium division Maintain exceptional customer service standards (98% DIFOT and 95% inventory availability) Promote Vulcan processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement Deliver on growth, profitability, and market leadership objectives Requirements Proven leadership experience in both warehouse and sales environments; manufacturing experience is a plus.
