Job Description Are you looking to kickstart your career in real estate and advisory services? We are seeking a motivated and talented Analyst to join our Strategic Advisory team in our Auckland CBD office. As an Analyst, you will support our Strategic Advisory team in delivering top-notch services to a diverse range of clients, including public, private, and not-for-profit entities. Your role will involve contributing to research projects, consulting engagements, and supporting other teams within Colliers as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Client Service: Assist Directors in understanding clients' needs and developing solutions. Prepare proposals and respond to client correspondence promptly. Research and Analysis: Conduct robust research and analysis using tools like Excel and GIS.
Communicate findings clearly to meet client needs. Reporting: Prepare thoughtful and easy-to-understand reports consistent with team and business standards. Transactions: Support transactional work such as sales and leasing.
Prepare documentation and coordinate marketing processes. Revenue Growth: Record accurate timesheet data, grow your personal network, and support business development activities..
