Analytics Specialist - AML/CFT, Sanctions Permanent, full time Auckland based only M te tranga | About the Role As an Analytics Specialist you will be responsible for the detection and analysis of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing suspicious activity patterns, industry risks, and any complex or critical issues related to AML/CFT, Sanctions and financial crime trends. You will be accountable for coding AML/CFT/Sanctions-related scenarios, conducting analysis, and preparing reports to facilitate effective risk management and monitoring. This includes evaluating the performance and suitability of existing analytics methodologies and identifying areas for enhancement.

By working within the Financial Crime Intelligence and Insights Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring Westpac's Financial Crime Risk Management environment is fortified through comprehensive analysis, detection activities, and subject matter expertise. This will be done while prioritising the best outcomes for our customers. N tu rourou | What will you bring?
