About the role The Application Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, updating, and implementing key applications and platforms to ensure CodeBlues systems are accessible and perform their functions to the expected level allowing system users to provide exceptional service to its customers.This includes integration between systems, customer support, and continuous improvement of business processes.

The primary focus for this role is ensuring CodeBlues internal business processes can be successfully enacted within CodeBlues business applications and its ecosystem.
