If so, we have the perfect role for you About the Role As Facteon's Assembly Shop Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and commissioning of automated production machinery. This is a blend of hands-on technical work and leadership, ensuring machinery is built to high standards, installed on time, and meets customer expectations. Youll lead a team in the Assembly Shop, collaborate across departments, and travel internationally for commissioning and installations.

Key Responsibilities Take a hands-on approach to machine building, ensuring that equipment and machinery are built to a high standard as per specification. Work collaboratively with other areas of the business - procurement, automation, project delivery - to ensure machinery is commissioned and installed on time and within budget and meets customer expectations. Actively manage the daily operations of the Assembly Shop ensuring high standards of performance are maintained.

Oversee machine maintenance. Be a role model for health and safety. What You Bring Relevant mechanical trade qualification and strong engineering knowledge (hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical design).

Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, and installations. Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams effectively. Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to troubleshoot, collaborate, and adapt to changing priorities.
