Job Description He angituutanga: The opportunity We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Asset and Commercial team in our Digital Services Unit. You will play a crucial role in delivering and improving the Digital Services Commercial process. The Asset and Commercial team support our platform teams across Digital Financials, Contracts, Procurement and Assets.
In this role you will be engaging with the platform teams across purchasing, renewals and procurement processes across Council. Responsibilities include: Accounts Payable: Control of Digital Services purchases, invoicing, and general purchasing. Commercial Analysis: Analysis of commercial agreements and transactions to ensure compliance and optimize costs.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. Reporting: Generate and present reports on asset utilization, commercial performance, and process improvements. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for digital services initiatives.
