In this role, you will be responsible for controlling processes and implementing best practices in Asset Information Management (AIM) to meet client objectives for the NZTA NOC Maintenance contract. Your expertise will support our team and ensure great outcomes for our clients. In a ddition to the above you will: Manage the AWM (RAMM) database, ensuring robust systems and processes support team operations and client outcomes.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the NZTA Network Manager and Asset Integrator. Refine and implement the Maintenance Management Plan, aligning it with network needs and ensuring it is fit for purpose. Were looking for someone with: BE or NZCE qualification, or significant industry experience (Diploma in engineering or relevant industry). At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with team management experience. Proficiency with RAMM or AWM systems is essential.
Solid understanding of road maintenance management contracts. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
Highly customer focused. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively. Leadership capabilities to mentor and manage team performance.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
