Chapman Tripp is New Zealands leading large law firm. Our lawyers work on projects that are helping define New Zealands future. We are looking for an outstanding permanent part-time Assistant Caterer for our fantastic Auckland Office.
The Assistant Caterer will work alongside the Senior Caterer as part of the Client Centre team to deliver high quality catering and hospitality to internal and external clients. The core duties of this role are to: Plan and prepare catering for breakfasts, morning/afternoon teas, lunches and evening functions Place orders with suppliers and maintain stock levels Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and client meeting rooms. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 2:30pm for approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours when required.
Skills and experience required for the role: Proven catering experience within a corporate or hospitality environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teamwork and client service Excellent attention to detail Calm and flexible under pressure A can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
