Were a friendly and close-knit boating club in Foxton Beach looking for an Assistant Club Manager whos all about getting stuck in and helping out where needed. If you're someone who thrives in a small team, loves to lead by example, and doesnt shy away from rolling up your sleeves, we want to hear from you Youll be hands-on with everything from managing the restaurant, bar, and kitchen, to making sure our members and guests have an amazing experience. Youll also support the Club Manager with events, stocktakes, and anything else that pops up.
Part of the role requires you to be Duty Manager so you will need previous experience in this role and will hold a current Duty Manager certificate. As the club is growing youll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the clubs future and expanding the number and type of events and functions that we run. Were looking for someone wholl be in it for the long run someone whos reliable, adaptable, and ready to help the club grow.
