The Role: Working collaboratively with the Store Manager, youll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE.

Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.
