Job Description Are you a transport leader with proven expertise in roading infrastructure? AECOM is looking for an Associate Director - Transport to help drive some of New Zealand's most transformative infrastructure projects, including the Northland Corridor, Mill Road, Northwest Rapid Transit, Eastern Busway, and At-Level Crossing Removals. Join our high-performing team and play a pivotal role in delivering sustainable, future-ready transport solutions across the country. How you'll make a difference - Lead and manage engineering and design teams - Oversee resourcing for specialist inputs and ensure timely delivery - Monitor scope, budget, and timelines - Ensuring projects delivered , quality, budgets, and timeframes.

- Business Development including meeting with clients, preparing and leading bids.
