About the Role As a Kit Assembler, youll play a vital role in ensuring surgeons have the critical medical device kits they need to perform life-changing procedures. Every kit contains implants, instruments, and equipment, all meticulously prepared by our dedicated kit team.

Youll be responsible for: Picking, packing, and dispatching medical device kits efficiently and accurately Ensuring kits are delivered in-full and on-time Conducting quality checks on returned kits Maintaining accurate records in our system Collaborating with hospital staff, sales representatives, and customer service teams What Were Looking For Team player Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively Detail-oriented Your keen eye ensures precision in every kit Thrives in a fast-paced environment You love a challenge and stay motivated Problem-solver Quick thinking and adaptability are key Passion for healthcare Make a tangible impact on patient outcomes Must have full New Zealand working rights, a car, and a drivers license Must be able to work a rotating roster with shifts from 7am to 7pm, on-call and occasional evening work Why Join Stryker?
