What the Role Is About This role is about partnering with existing Territory Managers to help grow their territories and support life-changing procedures .
Youll develop a solid understanding of trauma products, support clinical outcomes, and help grow our presence in Aucklands hospitals. Youll be supported by a high-performing team of 12, with a strong culture of collaboration, growth, and opportunity to develop your skills. What Youll Do Support Territory Growth: Work alongside Territory Managers to assist in reaching targets, expanding relationships, and increasing market share.
Support Surgical Teams: Be in the operating theatre, providing technical and clinical advice during surgeries to ensure optimal product use. Build Strong Relationships: Develop real trust with healthcare professionals, influencing decisions and delivering value. Work with Your Team: Collaborate with sales and clinical specialists to achieve shared goals and support business growth.
Resolve Challenges: Think on your feethandle product troubleshooting, supply issues, and unexpected scenarios swiftly and confidently.
