What You'll Be Doing | M te Tranga Responsible for delivering vehicle repairs and services which support the customer service and business objectives of the Association and promote its strategic goal of being the number one automotive repairer. Carry out auto service and repair in accordance with the Association processes and quality standards. Communicate effectively with customers to inform them of issues with their vehicles, work required, and timeframes.

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions with customers and business clients. Refer and promote appropriate products and services provided by the Association and its business partners that meet the needs of the customer. Continually expand your knowledge of the role, relevant products and services.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and obtain further qualifications to enable you to deliver the wide range of products and services we offer.
