What is on offer: Full-time, permanent position - $36 ph - $38 ph plus Competitive hourly rate performance incentives Ongoing training and career development State-of-the-art workshop and diagnostic equipment Work-life balance (yes, its a thing here) A supportive, team-oriented workplace culture Your Role: As an Automotive Technician, youll be responsible for: Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of vehicles to manufacturer standards Carrying out WOF inspections (WOF authority preferred but not essential) Using diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex issues Can handle WOFs, servicing, diagnostics, and minor miracles Knows their way around scan tools and modern vehicle systems (no, we dont mean Googling the error code) Communicating effectively with service advisors and customers Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety What You Bring: Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician or similar Franchise dealership experience in a similar role Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Current full NZ drivers licence A great attitude and commitment to quality service Why Tauranga?
