POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Consultant position is a critical role as it provides Integration consulting across the Companys partner businesses. The position is responsible for assisting with the design, implementation, review, and updates of the Companys IT solutions.

This is a varied position with exposure to integration technologies both on-premise and in the cloud, including Azure, MuleSoft, Boomi and BizTalk. The incumbent will be required to work on multiple projects at any one time and balance workload accordingly. The role is required to use tools and techniques related to software development in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.

This position is highly responsive to the requests of clients with work priorities largely influenced by these stakeholders. SIGNIFICANT WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal Managing Director Support Team General Manager Executive Management Team Architecture Team Development Team Sales and Marketing Team Human Resources Team Finance Team Infrastructure Team External Clients Suppliers and Vendors POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Integration and Development Deliver Integration solution architecture for clients Lead teams on larger scale deployment and deployments Assist in the technical development and implementations of the companys Azure, MuleSoft and Boomi solutions Undertake hands-on development for client projects across Azure, MuleSoft and Boomi Provide guidance and demonstrate best practices when delivering solutions across all technologies Strong capabilities in technologies underpinning integration platforms such as .Net (Azure) or Java (MuleSoft, Boomi).

Continuous Integration and Infrastructure as Code Experienced in use of industry-leading CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, Atlassian suite, GitLab, Jenkins Can design and implement full CI/CD pipelines for an integration solution Integration Testing Test driven practices utilising best of breed frameworks for unit and integration testing Test and UAT environment provisioning for clients Cloud Integration Implement integrations and APIs in Azure/Boomi/Mule technology stacks Implementation assistance on current projects Implement proof of concept prototypes Training Mentoring of Adaptiv personnel Seek to educate team members and stakeholders about Best Practice where appropriate Assist with presenting at joint technical seminars and roads shows with Micros.
