What your day could look like Designing and coding robust backend services that operate 24/7 in mission-critical environments Setting the technical bar through technical leadership and thoughtful code reviews Coaching and mentoring engineers across the team Leading cross-functional design discussions and projects Troubleshooting and proactively resolving production issues Championing engineering excellence through better practices, automation, and system design Participating in our on-call rotation to ensure farmers get the reliability they depend on Who were looking for A proven technical leader with deep backend engineering experience, ideally in Kotlin, Java, and AWS, who wants to stay hands-on.
