Job Title: Locum Dietitian Banding: Band 6/7 Location: Stoke-on-Trent Working Hours: Full-time Duration: Ongoing Rate: 25-34 per hour Opening Paragraph: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6/7 Locum Dietitian to join our team at Royal Stoke University Hospital in Stoke-on-Trent. This role focuses on gastroenterology, particularly outpatients, and requires a professional with a strong background in dietetics and a commitment to providing high-quality nutritional care. Responsibilities: As a Band 6/7 Locum Dietitian, you will be responsible for managing a gastroenterology caseload, particularly focusing on outpatients.
Your duties will include conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing ongoing support and education to patients. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and stay updated with the latest advancements in gastroenterology nutrition. Qualifications and Experiences: NHS experience Experience in gastroenterology dietetics, particularly with outpatients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in nutritional assessment and care planning Commitment to continuous professional development.
