My client is a dynamic and forward-thinking financial services firm, and they are seeking a talented and experienced Management Accountant to join their team. As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights, strategic planning, and decision support to our clients. Responsibilities Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with clients to develop accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial models to assist in planning and achieving financial goals.

Management Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive management reports, highlighting key performance indicators, financial trends, and areas for improvement. Variance Analysis: Identify and analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results, offering recommendations to enhance financial performance. Financial Planning: Work closely with clients to develop long-term financial plans and strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
