This role plays a critical role as the storyteller for Apollo, shaping how we present ourselves to clients and the market. Based in either tautahi, Christchurch, or Kirikiriroa, Hamilton, youll thrive in this role if you enjoy: Coordination, development, and refinement of high-quality, compelling tender responses. Consolidating input from multiple contributors, maintaining messaging consistency, and enhancing document quality.

Generating Apollos broader company communications, including website content, internal messaging and other communications that promote the Apollo brand. Key attributes include: 5 years experience in a similar bid writing and communications role. Confidence in connecting with a wide range of stakeholders Strong ability to research and build relationships with clients to tailor presentations and proposals effectively. Compelling and persuasive writing skills Exceptional attention to detail and document formatting skills, especially using Microsoft Suite.
