About the role: We currently have 2 x Billing Officer vacancies available in our Finance team. These are based at our head office in Ellerslie. Reporting to the Commercial and Billing Manager, this is a pivotal role that will be responsible for generating accurate and timely billing of invoices as per the contractual agreements.

Validate billing data across internal and customer systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies Data analysis and working collaboratively with the wider Finance team to resolve any issues. Work closely with the Commercial and Billing Manager to contribute to a data driven reporting culture. Recommend process improvements to improve the overall reporting quality.

Ad-hoc tasks/projects as required. Actively be involved, implement and adhere to all company health and safety policies and role model this throughout the operational management team For this role, you will: Previous experience in billing/finance. Exposure to billing/invoicing in Transport sector preferred.

Understanding of customer contracts and commercial pricing. Strong knowledge of MS Excel including formulas and data validation. Strong analytical & interpreting skills.

Strong communicator who can be resilient under pressure and focused on getting the job done.
