This billing representative position is responsible for working in a team environment and establishing relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction in contract/billing for lease and trade customers, as well as providing analytical and project support for the billing team.
Duties include: Ensure all billing is completed and that accurate invoices are produced according to agreed contractual terms for all Customers on a timely basis Distribute and collect meter readings and process input to ensure all service revenue is captured in line with invoicing frequency. Resolve error meter readings and process to meet monthly deadlines. Provide analytical support to review potential areas of business process improvement Deliver projects within agreed times frames and communicate with appropriate interested parties to keep them updated on progress throughout the project Constantly searches out and gives suggestions and assists with the implementation of process improvements and participates in new business projects and initiatives Skills & experience We are looking for someone who has high attention to detail and be able to operate independently.
The successful candidate will also display: A minimum of 2-3 years experience in project administration or a coordination role Excellent written & oral communication skills Have a great attention to detail and possess strong numeric accuracy Superb multitasking abilities Know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong analytical skills and experience Experience within the print industry is desirable.
