The Opportunity: The Product Specialist is responsible for overseeing the S mith&Smith Book Online application, ensuring optimal performance and usability. They work with the Head of I T and Head of Brand and Marketing on the development roadmap, w ork collaboratively with the Digital Specialist on user experience, manage UAT testing in conjunction with IT , and prioritise change management and release cycles. Balancing both BAU and project work, they ensure that all application changes are well understood, effectively communicated, and contribute to business efficiency.

Their role requires deep application knowledge to assess and implement logical, value-driven enhancements. Location: NZ Support Office & DC (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060) Hours: 40 hours, Monday - Friday What were looking for: 4-5 years secondary schooling, with tertiary certification or diploma in relevant discipline 2-3 years of working within a technology function providing secondary level support Proven ability in taking responsibility, initiating activities, prioritising and delivering successful outcomes on time and within agreed budgets Results driven but with innate understanding of the drivers of success, and a strong focus on delivering through the right behaviours.
