Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, you'll respond to creative briefs, developing considered executions that resonate with our target audience. Your problem-solving skills and creative thinking will be essential as you tackle a variety of projects. You will be adept at researching, planning, and leading the delivery of projects, managing creative specialists to ensure on-brand deliverables.
This role offers exciting opportunities to shape the future of the Haier brand and collaborate with a wider team on diverse projects. Thats the role so who are you? You have a strong design and art directional background, ideally with experience working with well-established brands. You possess a deep understanding of the creative process and brand architecture, crafting innovative and coherent narratives that translate seamlessly across different audiences and platforms.
You will be instrumental in building and driving the Haier and DCS Brands. You are a conceptual thinker, generating original ideas that align with the brand's look and values. Your expertise extends to creating design and illustration materials optimised for various outputs, including email, digital, social media, and direct campaigns.
You will have worked in in-house environments and be familiar with managing stakeholder and balancing business priorities. And possess an innate ability to leave ego out of the equation.
