We are looking for experienced plan processors who are currently competent in the role, you will preferably be Res 3 or higher. We are also looking for qualified architects, designers/draughts people and building professionals with 5 years of experience in NZ residential design.

You will have experience taking multiple residential concepts through from working drawings to issue of Building Consent. All applicants must have a Reg 18 Qualification. ( Diploma or Degree in Construction related field) You will need the following attributes: The ability to communicate to our customers in clear spoken and written English A proven track record of going the extra mile for customers Advanced current working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and Building Act NZ tertiary qualification in architecture/drafting, building surveying or construction (Reg18 compliant qualification) Current experience drafting or reviewing residential/commercial projects for compliance with the relevant building code requirements Good computer knowledge (All plan processing is digital) You will be surrounded by a well-trained, experienced team of professionals that work together to obtain excellent results for our customers.
