About the Roles Were hiring two Senior Business Analystseach supporting a critical area of our technology delivery. What Youll Be Doing across both roles: Lead workshops and interviews to uncover business and technical requirements Document user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for development teams Map processes and journeys to highlight improvement opportunities Keep delivery aligned through scope management, comms, and stakeholder engagement Support UAT, training, and release activities to ensure smooth transitions In the Customer Portal team: You will work alongside product, design, and dev to create intuitive digital experiences for schools using our MyN4L portal. Translate user insights into digital experiences with wireframes and flows in Figma Define front-end behaviours, APIs, and data models with designers and developers Run story refinements and walkthroughs to validate features before build Track usage and CX feedback post-release and feed into the backlog What you will need to be successful in this team: Proven BA experience in agile, customer-facing product teams Hands-on experience with UX/UI tools like Figma, and familiar with front-end frameworks and APIs Ability to translate user journeys into structured, testable requirements Comfortable leading workshops, story refinements, and UAT support In the Engineering & Installs team: You will support the teams delivering our core infrastructureconnecting schools through secure, scalable services. Translate technical designs (e.
g. access control, firewall rules) into structured requirements Collaborate with engineers, schedulers, and PMs to optimise onboarding, delivery, and support workflows Prototype and refine Salesforce flows and delivery tooling Coordinate defect triage, rollout validation, and post-deployment follow-up What you will need to be successful.
