The Business Analyst is responsible for facilitating and eliciting business requirements, leading feature & process improvements, creating appropriate documentation and ensuring that these requirements are translated into the delivery of effective business solutions. As a Business Analyst, the goal of your role is to make sure we deliver high quality, differentiated, software in a fast and predictable way. The role engages with customers, partners, and all internal teams within Cin7 to develop and execute on product strategies.

It's about integrating AI in ways that truly add value by improving customer experiences, enhancing workflows, and making intelligent, time-saving solutions available to customers. Duties & Responsibilities: Utilize AI for data-driven decision-making, using AI to optimize business processes, and improving customer experiences.

Analyzing AI-generated insights to guide business strategies, collaborating with teams to implement AI solutions, and ensuring that AI applications align with business goals. Facilitates and documents business requirements for new features, improvements to processes and existing features. Business process mapping and improvement activities.

Advocates simplification of processes with customers and partners to ensure that application configuration, development or upgrades do not perpetuate poor business practice. Prepares and participates in the development of concepts, requirements, and proposed solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to discuss business requirements and prepare solution options.

Consults and works closely with internal teams to ensure all requirements have been accurately addressed, and support the teams during the design and development activities. Develops, documents & maintains process & data models for the purpose of supporting the development of business requirements Work with customers and partners to aggregate business requirements into use cases and functional specifications. Participates in the development of test plans and supports testing related to both QA and end user testing activities.

Prioritize workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
