The Role and You We are looking for someone with previous business analytical experience to join our IT team supporting critical business applications and business systems projects.

With a large program of projects ahead this is an exciting time to join a team dedicated to working collaboratively with the business to achieve our strategic project goals. Youre a natural when it comes to process management and youll engage with project stakeholders understanding and translating process & technical information in a way that is suitable for a wide variety of audiences. You will be an active listener, have an enquiring style, and the ability to develop great collaborative relationships working with teams, leaders and managers across the business.

As this role requires significant interaction and collaboration with business stakeholders, it will be fully based at our offices at Airport Oaks, Auckland in the medium term so you will be someone who enjoys the day-to-day office environment helping to build improved, smarter business systems. What you will bring Tertiary qualification in IT related discipline/s 3-5 years proven experience as a business analyst including solid knowledge and use of process improvement methodologies Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and agile software development is a must Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred but not essential Able to engage with a wide variety of people especially in a workshopping context Critical thinking; visual and conceptual modelling skills High level of English skills, both spoken and written.
