About The Opportunity As the Business Development and Sales Co-ordinator , you will play a pivotal role in managing retail operations and expanding our market reach. Some of your responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients across the South and North Islands. Identifying new business opportunities and conducting sales presentations. Negotiating contracts and closing deals with potential clients.

Providing training to clients on optimising their grinding systems with MDT products. Managing a small team and motivating them for optimal performance. Handling logistics related to sales, including order processing and inventory management.

Utilising Cin7 and Xero software for effective inventory and financial management. Meeting or exceeding sales targets through the development of strategic sales plans. Executing monthly marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence.

Driving business development efforts to expand into supermarket chains and other markets. About You The successful candidate will have: A proven track record in sales and customer service Experience within construction, industrial products, or coatings markets (desirable) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools What's in it for You?
