The Role As a Business Development Executive with us, you'll be able to bridge between remarkable candidates and top tier clients. Your responsibilities will include: Proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates through various channels Meeting with high-level stakeholders, providing relevant market knowledge to build your credibility Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to ensure both technical and cultural fit matches to client briefings Collaborating with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and providing tailored solutions Staying up to date with industry trends and market changes Positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to your clients and candidates as well as your team at Robert Half Collaborating with your colleagues to provide the best service to Robert Half clients and candidates Extensive training and support will be provided to ensure that you are successful in this pivotal role to our team.
