About the Role The Sales team is looking for an entrepreneurial and results-orientated person to help guide and enable profitable growth in key accounts and ensure continued growth of our brand across New Zealand. The purpose of the Business Development Manager is to manage and grow Adviser and Introducer/Aggregator relationships within the mortgage advisory industry. Candidates must have the capability to stretch themselves and meet agreed sales targets through the execution of operational business and marketing plans.

About You To succeed in this role, youll have: 5 years experience in the mortgage finance industry Demonstrated history of working autonomously in a sales environment Strong understanding of mortgages Can demonstrate building and maintaining strong business relationship and methodically maintaining robust CM practices Have a valid drivers license Your identifiable network of introducers is highly desirable At Pepper Money, collaboration is just as vital as your skills.
