Your Role Reporting to the National Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining, sustainable, profitable & mutually beneficial business relationships with National Home Builders and residential developers to secure profitable growth & improve business position & market share for Dulux New Zealand. This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract, with potential for the right candidate to be made permanent. The primary focus of this role is strategising, securing, managing, and retaining business agreements and relationships to secure growth and improve business position & market share for Dulux New Zealand with a focus on: Identifying & developing target clients within the New Housing sector to drive a strong market growth strategy that reflects regional needs and activities Delivering value-added activity focused on retaining existing national group housing contracts Capitalising national opportunities from existing regional relationships Facilitation of construction projects from product specification through to the sale Providing regular sales reporting and competitor analysis Working with key stakeholders to manage relationships and drive results Benefits Life, total permanent disability, and Health Insurance (medical and surgical cover).
