Are you a seasoned professional passionate about driving sales and building strong relationships in the plumbing industry? Organisation This globally renowned New Zealand-based distributor specialising in various consumer products seeks a talented and passionate Business Development Manager to represent their globally renowned brands within their Plumbing Division. Role As the Business Development Manager, you will be the primary link between Head Office and major retail & trade customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Achieving overall sales and gross profit budgets within a designated territory.

Developing and managing a regular territory call cycle to keep major customers informed about new products and market trends. Formulating, developing, and executing marketing plans to achieve planned objectives. Conduct regular product training sessions and assist in forecasting sales performance.

You The ideal candidate will have plumbing industry experience, managing relationships with New Zealand's Plumbing Merchants and DIY Merchants. You'll be Auckland-based, confident in presenting and negotiating, commercially astute, and technically savvy. Good communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and sustainable relationships are essential.
