At present, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with excellent communication, marketing, and sales skills, along with their own car ($1.04/km reimbursement) and cell phone (business calls covered) to effectively drive growth and client engagement. Your Main Responsibilities Will Include: Promoting building construction services to residential and commercial clients Developing marketing strategies to implement Recording and keeping sales records Monitoring building construction projects Answer client enquiries Operate vehicle Prepare quotes Develop sales budgets Other duties as required The successful candidate must have a valid Class 1 license Prior experience in building construction is an advantage.
