We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on the Construction vertical. This role is crucial for achieving sales targets and driving growth within the industry. Responsibilities and Duties - Generate Outbound Sales Opportunities : Identify and pursue potential leads to expand our client base.

- Sales for Construction : Focus on securing small to medium sales opportunities in the construction sector. - Achieve KPIs : Meet 100% of individual annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis. - Execute ABX Campaigns : Manage Account-Based Experience campaigns to enhance engagement and foster pipeline growth.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a key liaison with our Service & Government partners. - Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with various internal teams to provide effective sales solutions. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the Transport or Construction sectors.

Proven - Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably in the transport or construction industry. - Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs, including Initial Prospecting Calls, Demonstrations, Meetings, and ACV targets. - Outbound Sales Expertise: Consistent success in outbound sales prospecting.

- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks. - Accountability: Willingness to take ownership and deliver positive outcomes for stakeholders. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and oral communication abilities.

- Sense of Urgency: A proactive approach to achieving sales goals. Outbound Sales Expertise: Strong background in consistent outbound sales prospecting.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Transport or Construction business landscape. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ownership and Accountability: Willingness to take ownership of tasks and be accountable for achieving positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and oral communication skills. Sense of Urgency: A proactive approach with a sense of urgency to achieve sales outcomes.
