Golder has a new opportunity for a Business Support Manager to join our NSW operations team on full time basis based in North Sydney.

The role has a responsibility to ensure effective delivery of all business support services to the region. Your focus is to support all stakeholders including the principle and Associates Group, management and employees to deliver on business objectives. Key duties and responsibilities include: Direct responsibility for office/state Business Support team including Asset Coordinator, Project Support and Reception/Admin staff to ensure high levels of service delivery Provide leadership in health, safety and environment, quality, staff development, project delivery and internal client management, as appropriate Coordinate or facilitate continuous improvement initiatives which affect daily running of the office/state, including coordinating, implementing and evaluating systems and processes locally and nationally to improve efficiencies Working collaboratively with local Leadership team in developing and delivering initiatives Facilitate staff meetings or equivalent to keep office/state informed Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Proven capability leading and managing others, with a high level of professionalism, transparency and openness Leadership and independence Positive outlook with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
