Job Description An opportunity has arisen for an energetic and friendly person to join our team at Summerset by the Ranges , to assist with the day to day operation of our on-site caf. Our Caf/Kitchen Assistant is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families.
For this role, we require A full NZ drivers licence. This is a casual contract position on an as and when required basis, however we are looking for someone with availability between the hours of 8am-5pm across the week. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting customers, processing orders, making delicious coffee and serving cabinet food Following the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documented Cleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchen Working with the chef to unload and put away stock Supporting the chef with food preparation.
