We are looking for Customer Service Casuals to work for one of our great clients! About the role: Job title: Customer service representative Start date: 27 th May 2025 End date: ongoing - contracts usually renew after 3 months Hours: casual - no guaranteed hours - shifts will vary week to week. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 1x 4 hour shift a fortnight within the below hours: Monday - Saturday: 8.30am to 8pm or Sunday: 8.

30am to 6.30pm Pay rate: $24.30 per hour 8% holiday pay Training date (Tuesday 27 th May 2025): 1x mandatory paid training day which you can attend virtually through MS Teams.

This shift will be between 8:30am and 5:00pm. You must be available on this date, no exceptions. Onboarding (Wednesday 28 th May 2025): 1x paid IT set up day following your online training day.

This will also be held over MS Teams - IT will help set up your systems so you are ready to take calls / chats. First shift: 28 th May 2025 (usually for 2 hours following your systems set up). Availability: Shifts range from 3 hours to full days.

This is a casual role and hours will depend on requirements from the client (surges) on a week-to-week basis. Available shifts are between 8.30am to 9.

30pm, 365 days per year. This casual position is fully remote - 100 percent WFH and you can be based anywhere in NZ. However, please note this is a truly casual role and no hours are guaranteed.

Depending on our client's requirements, shifts will vary week to week. We are ideally looking for people that have availability between 8.30am- 8pm throughout the week (Monday to Sunday), however, peak days are Wednesday and Saturday - so it is really important to have availability those days in the afternoon and evenings in particular.

30 am-9:30 pm, 365 days a year. Since this position is fully remote - you will need a specific IT set-up (checklist with compatible systems will be sent to you). Responsibilities: You will be responsible for answering phone calls and web chat enquiries from customers.

About you: Successful candidates will need to have good customer service skills including excellent active listening, empathy, patience, and strong communication skills- both written and verbal. You should pride yourself on your ability to demonstrate the best outcomes for customers.
