This is your chance to work with dynamic teams, from events to catering, and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for locals and visitors alike. In this role, youll: Take ownership of multiple caf sites, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with catering and events teams to design strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Lead, inspire, and train high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence. Develop and open new hospitality venues, contributing to Taurangas vibrant community. Manage Point-of-Sale (POS) and inventory systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and actionable insights.

Work alongside the Executive chef to deliver high-quality, convenient food and beverage offerings in line with customer expectations. Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations across all venues. What youll bring to the role: Experience: At least 5 years of management experience in hospitality and/or retail operations, ideally in caf environments and multi-site management.

Experience in developing retail strategies to achieve revenue goals. Skills: Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to recruit, train, and inspire high-performing teams. Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking.

Hands-on expertise with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and reporting. Knowledge of Task would be ideal. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Barista Background: Hands-on experience in coffee preparation and beverage service standards is highly desirable but not required. Passion: Deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for.
