Job Description About the Role: As the Chef you are accountable for the preparation, cooking and service of food to agreed standards as well as for the overall efficient and effective management of the team to ensure a quality service is provided to the residents. We have 2 permanent part-time roles available. Chef 1: 1000-1830 - 8 shifts per fortnight - working one weekend every fortnight Chef 2: 1000-1830 - 4 shifts per fortnight - working every weekend Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring there is full compliance to the approved Food Control Plan Complying with all food safety requirements and maintaining high level of hygiene at all times Preparing and cooking set meals to residents satisfaction in a timely manner Building and managing rapport with direct reports with full accountability for all aspects of coaching and performance development.
