As CFO, you will join a collaborative Executive Team and play a critical role in shaping the organisations commercial and strategic future. Sound like you? About the opportunity Reporting to the Chief Executive, and working closely with the Board and Executive Team, this is a key leadership role with wide-ranging influence and a commercial focus. You will be responsible for driving financial strategy, leading commercial initiatives, and ensuring the organisations long-term financial sustainability.
Key responsibilities include: Team Leadership Lead and inspire a high-performing finance and corporate services team Strategic Partnering Collaborate with the CE and senior leaders to develop and execute commercial strategies Financial Performance Monitor, report on, and drive performance against strategic and financial targets Commercial Leadership Oversee key tenders, negotiations, and investment opportunities Governance & Risk Ensure robust compliance, governance, and risk management practices Systems & Innovation Champion improvements in finance systems, digital tools, and business processes About you You are a commercially capable and professionally qualified finance leader, with experience in senior finance roles such as CFO or Financial Controller. Your financial and commercial expertise is matched by your ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across the organisation. You bring strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
A Chartered Accountant (or equivalent), you also bring the leadership and interpersonal skills that set successful executives apartintegrity, adaptability, strong communication, and a values-led approach to relationships and decision-making.
