It is what drives us and gives meaning to every action we take. We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Claims Consultant to join our Motor Claims teams in Auckland. This is a dynamic inbound contact centre role where you will support our key partners and their customers.

In this role you will be empowered to provide solutions that ensure an outstanding service experience. We are looking for candidates that can provide a high level of empathy and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. We can teach you everything you need to know about Insurance, however Insurance experience would be an advantage for the right candidate.

In a 37.5 hour working week you would be placed on a set shift, 7.5 hours per day Monday-Friday between 8am and 5:30pm.
