Clinical Complex Case Coordinator / Allied Health Professional Full time Christchurch Comcare Trust provides a range of services to support people with mental health challenges and/or addictions who live in the Canterbury community. We are looking for a clinical Complex Case Coordinator / Allied Health Professional to join our community Integration Service. The Community Integration Service works with people who have complex or other issues that create barriers for successful community living and supports them to problem-solve a pathway forward to independence.
The successful person will have experience in the mental health arena and have skills in collaborative planning for clients with complex needs, thinking outside the square and developing service provision based on a strengths model.
