Yoobee Colleges Ltd is looking for an exceptional Clinical Education Tutor & Simulation Operations Coordinator to join our Healthcare Academy New Zealand (HANZ) team! This role focuses on teaching the fundamentals of nursing to enrolled nurse students/konga, preparing them for real-world clinical placements. We are seeking an inspirational educator who applies innovative and evidence-based teaching strategies, integrating modern pedagogical approaches such as blended learning, interactive digital engagement, and student/konga-centered methodologies. What Youll Do: Inspire, mentor, and support learners/konga in developing essential nursing skills and knowledge.

Provide expert nursing knowledge to support the teaching team. Design and deliver engaging, learning experiences, including simulation-based activities. Manage and maintain our simulation space to enhance student/konga learning.

Guide learners/konga in transitioning from classroom-based learning to clinical placements. Utilise effective and innovative teaching methods to support diverse learning styles. Deliver high-quality education using blended learning approaches, including face-to-face, online, flipped classroom, synchronous, and asynchronous learning.

Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement. Collaborate with a team of educators committed to excellence and student/konga success. Engage in professional development to stay at the forefront of nursing education best practices.

What Youll Bring: Enrolled or Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate. Postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related field. Experience in vocational or tertiary education (or a passion for teaching).

Strong expertise in blended learning methodologies and digital learning environments. Knowledge of simulation-based learning and healthcare education. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot challenges.

Excellent communication, mentorship, and student/konga engagement abilities. Commitment to Kaupapa Mori, mtauranga Mori, te reo Mori, tikanga, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi. A team player who collaborates effectively to enhance student/konga learning outcomes.
