M te tranga mahi | About the role Were looking for a motivated and customer focused Collections Associate to collect overdue levies and claimant debt owed to ACC. The successful candidate will work between the two debt portfolios, (levy and client) on an ongoing basis.

As an Associate you will also provide support and training to new team members and deliver refresher training when needed. This is a permanent role, based in Wellington near the railway station. The hours of work are 40 hours per week, rostered Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30am and 6pm.

These hours will be slightly different whilst training and during this time you will need to be available to work each day from the office. Following this, hybrid work can be requested, with a team anchor day each Tuesday. The salary range for this role starts at $61,766 with appointment negotiable on skills and experience.
